As America’s largest network of parts and care, NAPA is raising funds for technician scholarships to help more individuals pursue careers in the automotive industry. This initiative is not just an investment in education—it’s a investment in the future of our industry.

THE NAPA NETWORK SCHOLARSHIP

Our flagship program, The NAPA Success for Techs Scholarship, is designed to jumpstart careers in the automotive industry. Importantly, scholarships will be awarded to aspiring technicians in your local market, ensuring that your community benefits directly from this initiative.

Special Incentive for Early Champions

To kick off this new scholarship initiative, the first 100 stores or shops that commit to raising at least $2500 will receive a special bonus from NAPA as a token of appreciation for their commitment to supporting local talent.

As a valued member of the NAPA network, we are excited to offer an exclusive opportunity for the first 100 shops or affiliates that raise or donate $2,500 for technicians. These stores will have all scholarship processing fees waived and will receive a FREE comprehensive TechForce Champion package. This package includes:

The ability to post jobs within the network – reaching over 50,000 registered users of future techs and working technicians.

Access to all toolkits including the Grab The Wheel and 2025 Techs Rock Awards playbooks.
