Christian Brothers Automotive and TechForce are joining forces to offer scholarships to the next generation of technicians and pave the way to a rewarding career.

How to Apply

Don't skip these steps!

The entire application process should take 20 min max.

1. Create your profile in TechForce.

2. Once inside, pick your post-secondary tech school or, if not on the list, select Other.

3. To apply, first complete the General Application and answer the scholarship questions. It is that easy!

Who can Apply:

  • Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident or approved DACA status.
  • Be an enrolled future student, or an active student in automotive, diesel, or combined auto/diesel at a post-secondary institution in good standing.
  • Have a completed and approved FAFSA with an EFC/SAI must be below 40000 on file at campus. DACA students will have financial need verified by campus.

The Nice Difference Scholarship is designed to support the next generation of automotive professionals. Open to students across the United States, this scholarship welcomes applicants from any accredited technical school who are pursuing a career in the automotive or diesel repair.

  • Enrolled in any post-secondary automotive, diesel, or combined auto/diesel technology program.
  • In good academic standing, demonstrating a commitment to their programs training, a passion for the automotive industry and willingness to serve others.

Through this scholarship, Christian Brothers Automotive aims to help aspiring technicians to achieve their personal and professional career goals.They believe in fostering talent and dedication in the automotive field, offering support to those who aspire to make a difference just as we strive to do every single day.

  • Note: Students may apply at any time, but will be considered starting 4-months prior to their start date. Example: a student starting a program on August 8 may apply anytime, but be considered by the review committee starting April 8. Students must be “enrolled” in the post-secondary school at the time of application.  Funding is allotted on a first-come, first serve basis.
