Welcome Series Monthly Contest — Abbreviated Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment will not improve your chances of winning.

This Contest ("Promotion") is operated by TechForce Foundation ("Promotion Operator"), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and sponsored by Snap-on Incorporated ("Sponsor").

Eligibility: Open only to newly registered TechForce student account holders who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and are at least 18 years of age as of entry; void where prohibited. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor and Promotion Operator, and their immediate family members and members of their households, are not eligible.

Entry Period: This Promotion consists of separate monthly entry periods; each month's entries must be received between the first and the last day of each month running through December 31, 2026. To enter: complete the new-student survey at Link. Limit one (1) entry per eligible person per monthly entry period.

Selection: One (1) winner per month will be selected at the end of each monthly entry period based on random selection, per the Official Rules.

Prize: One (1) $1,500 voucher per month, with an approximate retail value (ARV) of US$1,500 (each monthly prize is under US $5,000). Each prize is non-transferable, may not be substituted, and has no cash value or cash-redemption option except at Promotion Operator's sole discretion. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes; a prize will be reported on IRS Form 1099-MISC only where required by law (2026 threshold: US$2,000 in aggregate prizes to a recipient), and any winner required to provide tax information must do so through Promotion Operator's secure, encrypted service (not by email).

By entering, eligible participants agree to the Official Rules and, if selected, to a publicity release as described therein. This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Governed by the laws of the State of Arizona; venue in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Entrants are prohibited from any and all use of generative artificial intelligence tools—including large language models like ChatGPT, Claude, and similar technologies—to generate, write, edit, revise, summarize, or otherwise assist in preparing any portion of an entrant's submission. This prohibition does not apply to the use of traditional word processing tools or spellcheck tools. By submitting an entry, the entrant affirms that the work is entirely their own and that no generative AI was utilized. The Foundation reserves the right to screen entries for compliance using software or expert review, and any submission found to violate this policy will be immediately disqualified.
