CRC x NAPA Scholarship

Supporting technicians of tomorrow

CRC Industries and NAPA are working together to support the next generation of automotive technicians through education, training, and scholarship funding.

In partnership with TechForce Foundation, CRC and NAPA are helping close the skilled labor gap by investing in students pursuing skilled careers as veteran technicians retire.

Working together for the future of the trades

CRC Industries and NAPA proudly support trade schools like UTI and nonprofit partners like TechForce Foundation, which connects students to scholarships, education, and career pathways in the skilled trades.

As part of this effort, CRC and NAPA are partnering to offer up to $75,000 in scholarships through TechForce during March and April 2026, helping students stay on track toward in-demand technician careers.

How the industry helps make this possible

During March and April, CRC is turning product sales into scholarship support.

By stocking and selling select CRC products during the Retail Sales Driver, participating retailers help grow the scholarship fund — up to $75,000 total.

For every CRC product sold during the promotion, CRC will donate $0.10 per can to TechForce Foundation in support of future technicians.

Please share your contact details and a TechForce team member will contact you.

"By connecting students, instructors, industry pros and working techs, the TechForce Foundation provides unilateral support to the transportation industry’s technician recruiting needs… The administration of our Scholarships by the TechForce team has been instrumental in delivering us with a successful method to gain interest from qualified candidates as well as provide our students with additional assistance to complete their education."
